 Post subject: Getting more and more out of my ring sling

Thanks to the recession, I'm not buying any new wraps and have instead decided to get the most out of what I have and have been wearing my ring sling more and more, and thanks to the videos I've seen here and others on youtube, I am pretty confident doing a back carry, or really hip carry that is a little bit more toward my back, with the ring sling.

I do that carry as well, more to the side than the actual back.

I also know what you mean about using what you have. I'd love to buy some new slings but just don't have the funds. I do really like my current stash though so it's not really a problem.

Thanks for the link! I need to check out some more of those videos. I only do one hold in my rs! How old does a baby need to be before you put them on your hip/back?

You can cradle a newborn baby on your back, but for an upright position, back control is generally recommended for hip/back carrying in a RS.
