Link to get pattern for fleece nursing jacket that has a panel that zips in or out to allow baby to be against you (ie: like when babywearing!). Like knit one above for coats with buttons, but this one is for zip closures. Also has baby hat pattern and "neck cozy" to keep mom's neck or ears warm, too! (I think I will try coming up with a zipped panel that I can use with my current fleece jacket!):
